This Privacy Policy explains how Flux (“Flux,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Flux mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address through Firebase Authentication so we can sign you in and secure your account.
- Financial information you enter. Flux lets you manually enter data such as budgets, transactions, expenses, savings goals, debts, and net-worth accounts. This information is stored to provide the App’s features. Flux does not connect to your bank and does not import your financial accounts automatically.
- Subscription information. If you purchase Flux Pro, the purchase is handled by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We receive your subscription status but never collect or store your payment card details.
- Usage and diagnostic data. We may collect anonymized app-usage and diagnostic data through Google Firebase/Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve it.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App’s features
- To sync and back up your data across your devices
- To manage your subscription
- To diagnose problems and improve performance
We do not sell your personal information, and the App does not display third-party advertising.
3. How Your Data Is Stored and Protected
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) and locally on your device. We rely on Google’s security infrastructure to help protect it. While we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, which may process limited data as described in their own privacy policies:

5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time by emailing us at flux.app.support@gmail.com, and we will delete it within a reasonable period.
6. Children’s Privacy
Flux is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
